Marjore aims to create awareness about a life with diabetes in a fun and interactive way. To give the patient a tool to inform and educate their environment about their own disease. In order to create awareness on diabetes it’s important to cooperate with both partners & customers. The partners and customers can provide us insights on their needs and this way Marjore can provide the best services. Marjore considers every single person with whom it cooperates as a customer. Marjore aims to work client centered by having fixed processes but as well give everybody the possibility to decide within the organization.

Yagram

Yagram is a young mobile health startup that develops health and well-being apps. Our goal is to help individuals become responsible managers of their own health, with a focus on improving therapeutic success through increased treatment adherence. We also provide powerful tools to help care providers explore the full potential of mobile health. In collaboration with the Saint Pierre University Hospital in Brussels Yagram is currently conducting a pilot project named « Indetect’app » with the aim of developing a prototype for a mobile health solution for HIV positive adolescents.

Zebra Academy is a medical expert startup company which aims to create patient centric innovation, starting from the clinical environment.  We strive for healthier patients  and more productive treatments by scaling our care solutions. Our first product is a solution for acute stroke care, through pre-hospital telemedicine.

SMARTLINK Labs 

SMARTLINK Labs is working on infomed, an electronic patient health record which not only gives emergency responders easy access to critical medical information but also is a powerful platform for patient engagement and integrated care. In this pitch we will highlight a mobile medication adherence app, as a companion to the infomed platform.`

mVitalTOOL

mVitalTOOL is a tool for the general practitioner (as appointed by the patient) to evaluate and validate mobile health parameter recordings before secure storage, preferentially along an existing EHR, centralised at a national level.
